The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for children under 12. Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live at the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and above all very quiet (like the house). Ideal for intellectual profession.
