Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Enjoy family time downstairs in the large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and 1/2 bath. The living room has a 75” Smart TV and reclining sofas. The kitchen’s gas stove will make any chef happy! Upstairs you find 2 king bedroom suites and 1 Queen bedroom, game room with a 65” Smart TV ample seating and second full bath. Within walking distance are pickleball courts, trails, river access, shops, Main Street and much more!

North Fork Valley gem! Located in the heart of Crawford, steps from North Fork Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar & across the way is Lazy J popular local coffee shop. Easy access to outdoor adventures in the West Elk Mountains, Crawford State Park and Reservoir only a mile away. North Rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park only a short drive. Home base for hiking, fishing, hunting and winery tours. Music, Art, GREAT FOOD. Great Hikes in the West Elk Mountain Range & EPIC Needle Rock.

In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and 3 blocks to bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Please note! We are in the mountains and a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. Welcome to beautiful Paonia and your cozy and peaceful cabin getaway. Just 3.5 miles from the town of Paonia means you're oh-so-close yet so far away from it all. Stillness, beauty, and relaxation. If you're looking for a cozy little reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Yucca Cabin is a perfect Paonia home base for exploring the North Fork Valley.
