Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Fenced off front yard features private parking, gazebo and open fireplace, ideal for early morning coffee, tea sipping and evening moments of relaxation and reflection. For our quests that prefer truly private time the unit has its own balcony for quiet enjoyment and delight in sun kissed & sea flavoured Rovinj air. We are located walking distance from the city centre, restaurants & dining, supermarket and the nearest beach.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
