With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Nestled in the trees, this cozy cabin will welcome you to your forested vacation. Enjoy the views from the expansive deck and peaceful hot tub. This dog-friendly cabin comfortably sleeps 4 (but can accommodate up to 6) and is well-equipped to ensure a perfect getaway! **Please see below for parking info under "Guest Access".

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Hillside Retreat in the Redwoods w/ Hot Tub

Rascal's Flat is a luxurious hillside retreat w/ hot tub in the heart of the Russian River Valley. There is a cozy 900 sq-ft, 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with a detached extra bedroom just up the hill. The cottage includes all modern amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. Outside beneath the towering Redwoods, you’ll find multiple outdoor spaces for dining, entertainment, exercise & relaxation. Experience Russian River living at its best!

Private Cabin (w/ hot tub & sauna) close to river

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
