The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. This two bedroom and one bathroom villa is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Langosta and across the street from Playa Langosta, while still being only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Tamarindo. This is the perfect place for guests who are seeking a quiet and peaceful beach vacation! Often guests will see howler monkeys outside the villa, perfect nature lovers!

Enjoy my little casita. you have your own entrance. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.

Sharonus units complex is in the heart of Tamarind but in a very quite street. Behind vindi supermarket, restaurants and bank. 5 minutes walk from the bench. In the unit you can enjoy a comfortable queen bed. Private bathroom with hot water shower, a.c. microwave and coffee maker. There is also a shared area with a large and equipped kitchen and a terrace with a dining area, and pool. The unit has strong wifi signal- perfect for online working.
