The space features a private hot tub, premium kitchen ware, a touch espresso machine, & free-range chickens as your neighbors. The space is not designed for small children.

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.
