Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Välkommen till vårt fina hus i mysiga Lindesby. Stort hus med alla bekvämligheter, härligt lantkök (renoverat 2021), vardagsrum med braskamin. Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer. Lugnt läge i liten genuin by. Nära till skog och badsjöar. Men här finns också mataffär och skola. 20 km till den pittoreska staden Nora. Huset delar tomt med ett större hus där hyresvärden bor. Perfekt hus för dig som planerar att flytta till Sverige under tiden du letar efter ditt drömhus.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Maisans Stuga ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen. Es liegt idyllisch direkt am Wasser. Du kannst in dem See baden, angeln, in der umgebenden Natur wandern, Fahrrad fahren, auf der Veranda direkt am See lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. In Kloten, ca. 10 km entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit Kanus oder Fahrräder zu leihen. In Kopparberg ca. 12 km entfernt sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Restaurants, Museen,...

Central vindslägenhet med gratis parkering

Centralt i Lindesberg hittar du den här mysiga vindslägenheten på en enskild sidobyggnad på 1700-tals gården Brotorpsgård. På gården finns även tillgång till en uteplats. Här har du nära till det mesta så som lasarettet, centrum och idrottsanläggningar. Lägenheten är på 30 kvm, har ett fullt utrustat kök, dusch och toalett. Det finns tre sängar (2x90cm, 1x120cm). Lakan ingår inte men kan hyras på plats vid behov. Gratis parkering för en bil ingår.

Welcome to a cozy 40 m2 cottage in a small countryside village, close to forests, hills and lakes. If you are looking for a comfortable living in the middle of nature for you and your family, this is a nice choice. The accommodation includes one canoe that can fit 3 adults. Life jackets and paddles also included. Walking distance to the lake and river. Transport of canoe to other lakes can be arranged for a small fee.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Gården är belägen ca 6 km norr om Lindesberg. På gården finns får och hästar. Runt omkring finns fina promenadstigar och underbar natur med svamp- och bärmarker. Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
