Cozy up next to the wood burning stove in the great room or hang out under the trees on the back porch. Has the best features of a cabin (e.g. knotty pine wood/wood burning stove) and a mountain house (e.g. garage, comfortable furniture, laundry room, etc). Small cozy front porch with rocking chairs; larger back yard porch with seating for 9+.

In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Cabin is 400 square feet in size located 35 feet from owner's residence. Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Lake can be accessed from the north side, an approximate 5-minute drive. Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.
