Our Deluxe Main Lodge room on the 3rd floor (accessible via stairs) offers a Queen bed, private bathroom with a jet tub/shower combo, vaulted wood ceilings and views of the Catskill Mountains (dependent on room). Can accommodate a third person (for a fee) with the addition of a twin-size cot. Our place is close to the Belleayre Ski Mountain, Belleayre Beach, many hiking trails, fishing spots and other family-friendly activities. Room is comfortably appointed with luxury bedding and has a full kitchen and private bath. Rooms kitchen door leads to a sprawling backyard with a grill to every room, picnic tables and a community Fire Pit for gathering and roasting marshmallows. We are located in a quiet spot, yet conveniently right off route 28.
