Our apartment has all you need to spend an amazing time in our beautiful city, 8 minute drive from the tampa international airport, many malls no more than 15 minutes away from each other, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies 3 minutes away from our stay. You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake. Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

This is a relaxing place for a couple, a clean, organized, and cozy place for work or vacation. If you want to enjoy the sunshine state, you are more than welcome to come and visit us. The place is private and has its own entrance where guests could get in and out at their own convenience. The entrance door has a smart lock, the code, and the check-in instructions will be given on the same day two hours before the check-in. The check-in will be at 3 pm and the check-out at 11 am.
