Retreat near Saratoga Springs

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Welcome to The Treehouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom loft apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
