There are excellent pubs and restaurants just a short distance from the cottage. It is a short stroll to the Bircham Deli / Café, The Kings Head pub and Bircham Windmill. There are many walks close by, which take you through farmland and countryside. The Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path are a short drive from the cottage.

The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.
