Welcome one and all to DunMovin'. The Cottage you will be staying in may make you feel like you have stepped back in time. Don't forget your fishing pole, this property is on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Rogue River. Lounge by the pool, feed the geese, go shopping, or head to any of the amazing restaurants that are just around the corner. I'm in the city limits, so everything is a minute or two away. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens, and a sliding glass door leading directly to the river. The living area has a comfortable leather sofa and large television. The kitchen is equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/airfryer, Keurig coffee machine, and all of the essentials.

This stand alone one bedroom tiny home provides all of the amenities of a home, on the Applegate River only 10 min from historic downtown Grants Pass and 5 minutes from the Applegate wine trail. It is about a 5-7 min walk downhill with a stairwell to a secluded private beach oasis. Soak in the natural forest landscape. Engage your senses in forest bathing from the evergreens to the beach or from the hot tub gazing at the stars. About a 10 minute walk back up to the home.

This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.

The Sleepy Canoe

Sleepy Canoe is a great getaway half way between Ashland and Grants Pass on the Rogue River just 15 minutes from the Medford Airport. Between Crater Lake and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy fishing, cycling, wine tasting and rafting the best rapids on the Rogue River. Sleeps and feeds 14 people and has a private fishing area at the bottom of the trail below the house. Enjoy this special one-of-a-kind escape. The house is brand new and ready for you!
