The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy 1-bed 1-bath home!

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 square foot house on Iatt Lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Adjacent to the lake and kayak launch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Spacious camper — sleeps 6

If you’re looking for the amenities of a large house but don’t need the space, this is the location for you! This mini mansion on wheels features a king bed in the master bedroom and two couches that fold out to full size beds in the living room. A shower with great water pressure can be found in the full bathroom. Preparing your own food is easy to do in the large kitchen which also has a full-size fridge or you can use the outdoor grill to cook your meal and enjoy the country sunset.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!

The unit was built November of 2023 with all new furniture.
