The English Basement In-Law Suite

Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own beautifully-appointed basement suite! The entrance is not regularly used by our family and you can come and go as you wish. The suite includes modern lighting, a bathroom with a jet tub, a kitchenette and breakfast bar, and covered parking. An outdoor seating area is reserved for your sole use - perfect for relaxing and letting your dog out. 120V EV charging available for add'l fee No cats allowed, sorry! Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Tiny Glamping experience near Lake Champlain

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.
