Additionally, our home has a large garden, shaded area and swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air (the outdoor areas will be shared with our family of four).

It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

No facilities for fire cooking inside, but outer BBQ for cooking. Perfect for 2 people. Quiet centric well connected area with all services, many tipical bars and restaurants at hand. Pleased to provide info about it. Seafront: 3 minutes walk / City/historical centre : 15 minutes walk.
