Villa is located on a private estate, in a private neighborhood surrounded by a green fence, in a quiet area near olive groves.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Hi! :) This is a newly renovated apartment in family house with big garden and patio, perfect to relax. Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.

The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.

The apartment is situated in the peaceful village of Salatić, near the town of Krk. It is ideal for a family vacation. The guests can enjoy themselves on the terrace and in the garden, as well as use the grill. They have their own parking spot. In addition to that, the guests can use the WIFI and have air conditioning in the apartment.
