Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Predivna malena kuća u nizu, smještena u starogradskoj jezgri gradića Pićna. Prilagođena je gostima koji žele ostati na duže vrijeme, ali i gostima koji su se zaputili u istraživanje Istre. U prizemlju je kuhinja, prostor za odmaranje sa televizorom te otvoreni kamin. Na katu po strmim stepenicama uspinje se na hodnik koji dijeli dvije spavaće sobe. U jednoj je francuski krevet sa ormarima i ostalom opremom te druga soba u kojoj su dva odvojena ležaja za jednu osobu.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
