The bungalow is located adjacent to the owners home within a quiet neighborhood and just 20 miles from both Oklahoma City and Norman. Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

We have space for 3 cars & have a washer and dryer available for your use. This house is dog friendly but it has a pet fee $50 per pet (2 max), separate fee sent.

The Bluebird Birdhouse Cottage provides a barrier free entry with an elevated deck, view of the water and a large round interior window. You are literally a few feet from the main street, shops and restaurants yet so private. The Bluebird boasts of a Nectar mattress, wireless internet, large television, coffeemaker, microwave, small fridge and many other amenities. This ADA friendly suite has a large bathroom with an oversized shower and the parking is designated and close.

This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
