The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. THIS SHOULD BE ENDING SOON , PERHAPS BY MID APRIL 2025. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
