Private Backyard Waterfall Apt | No Shared Spaces

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

Alinea Farm

Alinea Farm is a working family farm. We are a 10-acre homestead full of farm animals and gardens. The airbnb is newly remodeled and situated above our detached garage. While our family home is not far, we have created a private space and are very mindful to provide quiet, peace, and privacy for our guests. Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.
