Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

PrettyJewel attic is located on the third floor of a small building inside a private hamlet. It is located in front of the Bologna Borgo Panigale station. It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.

La casa si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera con due letti a castello, una sala, un salotto/studio, due bagni, cucina, una lavanderia e una piccola cantina. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla Stazione e per chi arriva in macchina e ha necessità di parcheggiare è a non più di 100 metri dal parcheggio sotterraneo di via Kennedy.

Grazioso bilocale di recente ristrutturazione situato all’interno del centro storico. Parcheggio disponibile nella via con permesso giornaliero al costo di 7€ al giorno. In alternativa Parcheggio coperto Kennedy raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. La casa si trova all’interno del centro storico ma al di fuori delle ZTL
