Access to the Hospital and Coastal College are within Walking distance. 15 mins from (FLETC) 5 mins from the Causeway & 10-15 mins from the beaches on St Simons and Jekyll Island. Villa Galicia

This is a FROG (finished room over a detached garage). It is a 400 square foot space above a 2 car garage. You can park in the garage, one parking spot. The stairs to the FROG are outside. You have access to the pool (not heated). We are centrally located on Saint Simons Island, 2 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Pier Village and very close to everything else: shopping, dining, easy access on and off island. This is a new construction home built in 2021.

A fridge, microwave and toaster oven are available in the room. The neighborhood is quiet but located near downtown shops and restaurants and entertainment.
