Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Relax in this calm & stylish space where you can recharge while enjoying the local beach, walks, cafes. Our beach is only a 2 min walk, where you can stroll, swim, surf or fish. The studio apartment is spacious with a very comfortable Queen bed with quality linen bedding. The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We provide a generous continental breakfast for your first night of stay, with cereal, fruit, etc

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!
