Number 4 is a 2 bedroom end of terrace cottage nestled on the shores of Loch Shiel in the beautiful historic village of Glenfinnan, 17 miles west of Fort William along the scenic Road to the Isles. The view from front is spectacular and the rear window view is not bad either! Glenfinnan is the place to be for Harry Potter fans as the Glenfinnan Viaduct (The Harry Potter Bridge) and the Jacobite Steam Train (Hogwarts Express) are both located here. Many locations in the films can be found here

The Byre, Isle of Skye, Luxury Self Catering

The Byre is a luxury 1-bed studio self-catering property situated on the stunning Waternish peninsula. Featuring a real log fire and a magical sleeping area with expansive views over Loch Bay & the Outer Hebrides, the property is perfect for a relaxing break in the Scottish countryside whether travelling solo or as a couple. The Byre is an 8-minute walk away from The Stein Inn, Skye's oldest pub, as well as the Michelin-starred Loch Bay restaurant (seasonal openings apply, bookings essential).

Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

We are situated just off the coastal road between Arisaig and Morar. If you are looking for peace, quiet and tranquility in your stay, we are here for you. Carounn Apartment is a self catering unit. Living room with kitchen diner and two bedrooms, double bed, twin beds both bedrooms have en-suite. The apartment is modern with Air Fryer, electric cooker, washing machine, under counter fridge and Coffee machine. Shops, Restaurants/Takeaways, Pubs are 10 minute drive to Mallaig or Arisaig.

Ardbrae. Inverlochy, Fort William

Set in the heart of Fort William, in the quiet but central village of Inverlochy. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, bus station and town centre. It is a 5 minute walk to the historical site of Inverlochy Castle. The house boasts spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the Jacobite Railway track. There is free on the street parking. There is a take-away and bike hire shop in the village of Inverlochy. Supermarkets M&S,Aldi are only a short walk from the house .

Quiet setting, 15min walk from Fort William centre

A comfortable, peaceful, modern home with private parking and views of the Ardgour mountains. A convenient 15 minute walk from Fort William town centre in a quiet and attractive residential area. It is a great spot from which to explore Ben Nevis and our surrounding mountains and glens. Ski at Nevis Range or visit the beautiful beaches of Arisaig. Take a day trip to Skye or Oban or hop on our famous Jacobite / Harry Potter steam train.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Waterfront Cottage on the Applecross Peninsula

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
