Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Add herbs from our courtyard to your stir-fry. Separate casita is located in a small, quiet community near freeways (101, 202). Restaurants & entertainment options nearby in Chandler or Gilbert. Drug store, grocery and fast food all within walking distance (half mile). Community pool.

Welcome to the Historic Firehouse, strategically placed a mere 5-minute stroll from the vibrant Downtown Chandler hub, overflowing with culinary delights and upscale watering holes. This restored home has been magically reimagined into a charming Airbnb sanctuary. You will be greeted by a open living and kitchen leading to 2 bedrooms, complemented by 1 remarkable bathroom. With the capacity to house up to 7 guests, this abode is the setting for an escapade with your cherished companions.

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Enjoy your stay in the Valley of the Sun at this 350 sq. ft. stand-alone private casita with full bathroom & kitchenette. The bedroom features incredible natural light, but also the ability to block it out if you wish. Rest easy on the comfortable queen size bed and catch up on your favorite shows on the HD smart TV. WiFi is available, & for business travelers there is a laptop desk. On-site covered parking. Please no pets. This is a no-smoking property (tobacco, weed, vape).

Airport is a short 20 minute drive with easy access to multiple freeways.
