Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located Cabin on an acreage in Upper Gibsons. Cubby Cabin is a newly renovated studio space at the back of our 2.5 acre property on Reed. The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza, Sunnycrest Mall, Persephones and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. We are dog friendly and welcome sociallized, neutered/spade dogs to romp in the yard with our four. We have limited cooking facilities (toaster oven, induction stove-top and BBQ) and encourage our guests to support the local restaurants.
