Upon entrance you are greeted by an open staircase leading to the living room, with a view over the pool and barbeque area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen combined with dining room and a bathroom / washroom downstairs. This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
