Замок 1910 года, одна из построек комплекса зданий «принцевских времен», ровесник закладки курорта Гагра. Есть несколько версий кому ранее принадлежал замок. По одной из них это гостевой дом Ильи Силина друга принца Александра Ольденбургского. По другой, это дом Булгаридт. В 50-е годы в здании располагалась музыкальная школа. Много лет здание было закрыто. Нам удалось восстановить его и сохранить лепнину ,лестницу и добавить современную,комфортную мебель ,атмосферу в замке .

Once a fortress before the Mongol invasions, it was from the 16th century the house of the Persian Shah Administrator for eastern Georgia. It also hosted a small nunnery for some time. During the Communist period, it was transformed into communal apartments for up to 110 individuals. Now it has returned to its former glory, and a limited number of its rooms are made available for some happy few, every year. We are happy to welcome you and hope you will enjoy your stay.
