Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, natural swimming pond and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.

Our home is located next to the Red River. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. We are 10 minutes from Selkirk and 20 minutes from north perimeter. We also have an Airbnb in the basement, so you may be able to hear other people in the home at times
