We have lived in this unique and peaceful part of the Sierras not far from Lake Tahoe for nearly 40 years. 17 years ago we moved to this beautiful 20 acres on the West Fork of the Carson River in Alpine County and began building a home for our retired parents. We are close to Markleeville, Grover Hot Springs, Kirkwood, and Heavenly. The summer wildflowers are dazzling, the hiking superb, and after a full day of exploring through all seasons, Quail Hollow will welcome you home.

Immaculate Private Guest House

New construction! Private stand-alone in-law apartment built in 2017 with a washer and dryer installed in the shared RV garage in 2020. One bedroom with a queen bed with adequate closet space, full kitchenette that includes a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot, living room, and dining room. BBQ grill on the front porch with a sitting area to enjoy the outdoors. New county ordinance allows us to accept reservations for 29+ nights or more. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
