Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Sea & Sand

Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
