The historic home, a survivor of the Great Storm of 1900 (and all others since) is located next to a neighborhood restaurant (which has been there for 75 years) and is close to beaches and The Strand.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Our sparkling pool and patio are very private and cozy. We have high speed WiFi, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
