Villa Greco mit schönem Garten

Nach zwei Jahren Umbauzeit vermieten wir ab Frühjahr 2025 erstmals das ehemalige Haus meiner Großeltern, "Villa Greco". Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Haus mit den traditionellen, hohen Decken "volte a stelle". Es ist ca. 98 qm groß. Alles wurde sehr modern renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.

Creato con amore da un coppia di architetti appassionati di tutto ciò che è italiano, questo esclusivo rifugio è situato all'interno delle antiche mura di Nardò e offre una terrazza panoramica elegantemente arredata e paesaggisticamente curata e una torre con vista sul giardino botanico del castello. La zona notte è immersa nel silenzioso centro storico, il resto della casa è prospiciente alla vivace Via Roma, comoda ai servizi e al parcheggio

posto magico dotato di una grande piscina e tre soluzioni che la circondano completamente indipendenti per un complessivo di 11/ 12 posti letto.. piscina dotata di impianto di deputazione con filtro a sabbia e robottino per una pulizia piu' accurata. vicino la zona barbecue sotto il tegolato potrete gustare comodamente le vostre grigliate grazie ad un tavolo per 12 persone.per non parlare del impianto acustico che dovrete collegare con il bluetooth al vostro telefonino.
