It begins with Hristo Ivanov - the Great, close friend of Vasil Levski, passes through Ivan Vitelov - mayor of Tarnovo, who made the first copy of the Manifesto to the Bulgarian people of Tsar Ferdinand I on September 22, 1908, and reaches the last bearer of the surname - Dr. Stefka Vitelova.
