A unique cottage set in a beautiful country garden, inside is all completely modern. Bedroom one queen bed also has a wall Smart TV with Netflix. Bedroom two has a bunk with queen size mattress below and comfortable pillow top mattress on the single above, please see photos. Private driveway and parking. Short drive to local beaches, Lake Macintyre and Mayura Station. 45 min from Coonawarra wineries and walking distance from Canunda National Park. Nearby Millicent offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemists, a swimming lake and hospital. Wood heater for chilly weather.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A home away from home where we hope you leave relaxed and refreshed. Luxurious bedding and comfortable furnishings will leave you well rested. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The home is filled with plants , books, games and sunshine and located beside the Crater Lakes walking/mountain bike trails. Please note there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom.

A lawn tennis court, a barbecue at the rear deck & an outside logfire are added attractions.

Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Residing at 14 Keegan Street, this stunning character cottage started its story in 1920, and has slowly been restored to its renovated state over the past two years. This two-bedroom cottage lies central to the township, and within walking distance to all that Mount Gambier has to offer. It is only 500 metres to the centre of town and a range of shopping and delicious food & drink options.
