Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Cette charmante villa de 5.5 pièces, située au centre d'un petit village vous permettra de rejoindre rapidement Fribourg et Bulle (15 minutes). IDEALE A LOUER POUR DES ENTREPRISES! La maison se compose d'un rez avec cuisine, salle d'eau (douche, wc) séjour et terrasse. L'étage comprend 4 chambres: trois avec lit double (160x200cm), une avec un lit mezzanine et un lit simple ainsi que d'une salle de bain baignoire. Au sous-sol, se trouve un espace buanderie avec machine à laver à partager.

L'Aparté, suggested by « L’Instant Clé », is an enchanting 70m² cottage with a private garden, terrace, and Jacuzzi, offering a romantic and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the countryside. Everything has been designed with your well-being in mind, allowing you to let go and relax. A homemade breakfast (pastries or Bircher muesli, jams, honey, cheese, ham, or local eggs) is available on request at an additional cost. Evening meals are also available. Please order two days in advance.

L'esprit de Bali dans votre chambre, dotée d'une baignoire en cuivre fabriquée sur l'île, en hommage à son artisanat unique. L'été, la piscine couleur émeraude, clin d'oeil à la rivière Aare et aux pierres précieuses de Madagascar, est une invitation à la fraîcheur et au voyage. A l'intérieur, bois nobles, tons chauds et architecture aux lignes modernes et épurées.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Gemütliches Chalet an einem Bächlein mit wunderbarer Bergsicht. Gartenplatz mit Grill und Terrasse. Sandkasten für Kinder. Abstellplatz für 2 Autos. Zentrale Lage. Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
