Al ritorno dal mare è possibile usufruire di una doccia supplementare situata all'esterno dell'abitazione in un angolo appartato vicino al prato. Il monolocale si trova in una località vicina al mare ma a due passi dalla città e sulla strada per San Vito lo Capo raggiungibile in meno di mezz'ora. La località è molto tranquilla ma permette di raggiungere il centro della città in pochi minuti.
