This location is perfect for exploring vancouver and the tri cities since it is situated 20 minutes away from richmond, downtown, UBC, burnaby (15 mins) and north vancouver. It is also located in a very family friendly neighbourhood nearby 3 major bus routes (3/5 min walk) alongside grocery stores. Enjoy Netflix, AppleTV, Amazon films and series on us!
