We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. No onsite parking.
