Long, rambling decks on three sides (one covered, one fully screened, one open air). Our adjacent farm surrounds the property, making it even more private. This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

Cottage located in the country. Enjoy amazing views from a covered front porch as you rock in comfortable rocking chairs. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. Pool is behind owners residence and is shared with owners family and possibly 2 additional people June-Sept. We have recently also installed a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger w/60amps. Comfort in the Bluegrass is a very clean, home nestled in the heart of bourbon and horse country. If it’s a little R&R you’re after, or entertainment…. This is the perfect location for either! We sit in a beautiful 1.6 acres located in a quiet, peaceful area in Anderson county. You can choose to relax with your friends or family by the fire pit, or tour one (or several) of the many sites around here! We are in between Lexington and Louisville, and only a few miles from Frankfort.
