Private acreage - citrus on property (lemons/grapefruit/tangelos/mandarin oranges)- so help yourself! Desert landscaping with an abundance of rabbits, quail, doves, and lovebirds. Direct access to pool, outdoor ramada with BBQ and outdoor fireplace with seating. Enjoy the outdoor pizza oven - have a pizza party! Kitchen area with coffee /tea /microwave /refrigerator /toaster / two burner induction cook-top and sink - no oven. Laundry facilities on site. Limited street lighting provides amazing star gazing! Uncovered parking. Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Five bikes (and helmets, locks, backpacks) available for use -- extensive bike trails in the area. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from common areas. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Trevor is happy to share his extensive knowledge of Arizona. It is a quiet acreage neighborhood with desert wildlife, including quail and roadrunners, and is excellent for star gazing and bird watching. There is easy access to all Scottsdale sporting events, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and desert hiking. We use Uber and Lyft for valley travel convenience. Five bicycles on property for guest use. Scottsdale has excellent bike trails.
