A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Blue-Green Sears Kit House

Our lovely, blue-green house was built from a Sears kit in the 1920s. It has been extensively remodeled in the last few years and is a wonderful, comfortable place to stay during your visit to the Big Bend area. My wife and I actually stayed in this house years ago, on one of our first trips to Big Bend, and fell in love with it. We had the opportunity to come out to the region for work and knew we wanted to make this house our home.

Loft 4 - Downtown, ground level

Located in the heart of downtown Alpine Texas this private ground level loft-style unit is the perfect place to scout out the city, explore the surrounding towns of Marfa and Fort Davis, and discover the beauty of Big Bend National Park. The building was constructed between 1908 and 1912 and features original tin ceilings, and funky plaster, funky windows, and it is located on the end of the building! Bed is a king, futon is 3/4 size.

Ice Plant Casita

Across from the historic Marfa Ice Plant, Ice Plant Casita is right off the center of town. Just under 500 square feet, this cozy adobe casita equipped with the necessities you need for a simple stay including, full bed, table and two chairs, seating area, desk, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bike or walk to Highland Street for shopping, eating, and all the best Marfa sight-seeing!
