The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer. Designed with hospitality in mind, this upscale 2-bedroom apartment is filled with natural light and sleek, contemporary finishes. The unit will be decorated for the holidays from after Thanksgiving until end of December!
