Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The peace, quiet and beautiful views will help you unwind and relax. We have dozens of games for your whole family, are close to trails and lakes, and have a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar (including a coffee grinder). We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!
