Very few stairs separate Casa la Spiaggia from the characteristic alleyways famous for their boutiques for shopping, restaurants serving local cuisine, and bars where you can relax. The home is spacious and bright, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.  It's furnished with Wi-fi air conditioning in every room and a well-equipped kitchen.

The pedestrian entrance to the property is a few meters below the street level and continues through a wonderful citrus pergola and a private garden. You can directly enter into the spacious living room from the huge terrace; a small kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathroom are next to it - 1 bathroom with shower and another only with a W.C. and a washbasin . Windows and the patio make the apt bright and airy.
