Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.
