Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

The house has approximately 130 meters distance from Loutsa beach (5 min walking or 1 min by car) and it is also near Finikounda (about 1,5 km 3-5 min by car or 15 min walking). There is also a terrace outside with shade and sea view. Parking place. Not suitable for disable people since there are steps.

This newly renovated(2024) apartment right on the beach offers a wonderful sea view from the balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a sofa which opens and becomes a bed for two people. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.
