Tucked Away Skoolie Experience #gloriatheskoolie

Drive down past our farm amongst the trees and wildlife. Adventure awaits in this beautifully recently converted school bus. See what it's like to live in a tiny home with all the amenities. Get fresh eggs from the chickens, sit on the porch, roast s'mores, lay in the hammock, play games, shower with nature all around you, and just rest and restore. Perfect, Quiet Retreat: Park Setting w/ Big Yard

Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. The Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup are 10-15 minutes away if your coming for an event there.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

North End Cottages - Carriage House - Dog-Friendly

North End Cottages welcomes you to kick back & relax in stylish cottages (built in 1904 and recently fully renovated) located on a coveted dead-end street in North End Tacoma. Situated near UPS & the hospitals, North End Cottages is within 5-15 minute walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. North End Cottages consists of two separate houses on one property, The Main House and The Carriage House. Guests may book one or both under separate listings.

Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, couples, or families.

Mares Landing Private Guest House

Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. Our spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home gives you lots of quiet country privacy right in the city. The guest house sits behind the main farmhouse providing the best views. The owners live on the property. We are family-friendly and love to share our hobby farm.

This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
