Storybook Farm Cottage

Fall asleep gazing at majestic evergreen trees through the glass ceiling of this dreamy romantic cottage with antique soaking tub on our dog & child-friendly organic hobby farm located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens and two brother rescue goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute.

Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 357 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.

Luxury abounds in this 2000 sf craftsman-style home, located a 5 minute walk to town. A chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel cookware, coffee grinder, olive oil, organic spices, an Instapot, and an Italian commercial gas range, make cooking great meals a pleasure. Furniture & mattresses by Restoration Hardware add warmth and comfort throughout. There is a small TV downstairs & high speed internet. Enjoy outdoor seating on the covered porch. This 4-foot-wide Western Red Cedar passes directly through the middle of the Treehouse without a single bolt driven into it. The majestic presence of Sir Cedric and the quiet within this handcrafted-with-love-abode is truly amazing, all created with your comfort in mind.

Heading to the San Juans by ferry or one of the many festivals in Anacortes? This is the perfect spot, just 1.6 miles to the ferry and 1.3 miles to downtown. Enjoy our newly constructed space designed especially for guests. Off-street parking and a private entrance lead to this beautiful two bdrm, one bath suite. Enjoy your morning coffee on the shared deck or the private patio while taking in the beautiful views of Cypress Island and the Guemes Channel.

Tranquil Refuge on South Whidbey

Welcome to your tranquil country refuge on South Whidbey Island. This quiet, end of the lane, lovely private cottage is full of amenities and acreage for your comfort and entertainment. We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners. The queen mattress in the bedroom is a new Saatva luxury mattress.

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Waterfront Beach Cabin on Whidbey Island

Come relax at our waterfront beach cabin located on the shores of West Beach. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets over the Salish Sea from the back deck with a view of the San Juan Islands to the right, Vancouver Island off in the distance, and the Olympic Peninsula to the left. Bring your furry companion to enjoy the scenary with! The cabin is very dog friendly, providing dog toys, bed, feeding bowls and even food!
